Hey, I'm Michael. I've been playing for about six years, mostly 4.5+ doubles around the Vegas area and I've coached on and off for the last few.
Most people I watch already have the shots and what holds them back is choosing the wrong one at the wrong time, like speeding up a ball they should've reset, or hanging back after the third. That stuff is way easier to spot on video than in the middle of a game.
Send me a match and I'll walk you through what I see + a couple of things to work on next time you're out there.
